My name is Fritzie Wise and I live in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. Before retiring I taught school for thirty years. I have lived and worked in these mountains all my life and absolutely love every season and time of the year. Even though I love living in the mountains I also love traveling outside to see other parts of the world. My own travels have taken me to Jamaica, the Bahamas, Greece and Europe, as well as places in the United States. I have also planned and led educational trips with groups of students to various destinations. My favorite travels were those made with my choral students for their musical performances at Walt Disney World! Did I mention that I LOVE Disney World?! My Story
Fritzie S. Wise received the Bachelor of Music Education in 1982 from Mars Hill College in Mars Hill, North Carolina. Fritzie taught elementary and high school music for 30 years in the Haywood County School before retiring in 2013.
Following retirement, Fritzie worked for American Advantage Insurance working with schools across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. While there she specialized in group and athletic student insurance. Fritzie has also been the choir director at Canton First United Methodist Church and youth handbell director at First United Methodist Church of Waynesville, North Carolina.
Since 2015 Fritzie has been a travel specialist with Simple Travel Solutions. She is an expert consultant for Disney Vacations, trips to beautiful Sandals and Beaches Resorts, and Train Adventures across America and Canada. While a school teacher she organized large trips throughout the eastern US and Europe, so she is experienced in individual, small, and large group travel.
